I started baking and creating custom cakes 10 years ago. I like to combine the classics with modern elements – sometimes I stick to traditional recipes, other times I’m not afraid to experiment with flavours.

Christmas miracles…
Since we were little kids, we used to go to my grandmother’s house before Christmas with my godmother and my siblings to bake holiday cookies. I always looked forward to it for weeks in advance. As I got older, I started experimenting in the kitchen on my own, unsupervised.
When I was 14, I decided to take my first course. I learned how to use pastry tools, make decorations, and a year later I baked my first cake on request. I remember it as if it was just yesterday. So I gradually started making birthday cakes for friends.
About 2 years later, something happened that started my “baking career”, but now I know that it couldn’t be called that at that time. On the occasion of a Christmas party (yes, Christmas was again a part of it) at my high school, I was asked to bake decorated muffins for a well-known singer who was coming to the school as a guest.
She liked them so much that she ordered cakes from me for both of her children and convinced me to start an Instagram. And that’s how page “Torty od Massy” was born. To my surprise, the page gained extreme popularity and as a teen, I baked daily for the last 2 years of high school in between preparing for graduation. I still laugh about how my parents used to chase me out of the kitchen so they could cook lunch…
Today, in my micro-kitchen, I bake cakes and pies from all over the world, but I never stop educating myself. As many of you know, the pastry industry is constantly evolving, and what was trendy yesterday may be out today. My longtime dream is to have my own cozy café where customers will gush over my cakes and delicious coffee, and I hope you will be one of them.
